RETURNS

I wish to return my product & my reason for that is:

 

a. I did not like the product (Without damaging / tampering the Seal or the box).

 

Mail us Immediately

Our 5 day Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return the order within 5 days. Please mail us info@grabyourgadget.com your Order No. & reason for returning the product.

 

Please note, the following products are NOT covered by our 5 day Satisfaction Guarantee:

Screen protectors

In-Ear Earphones (hygiene reasons)

In-Ear Bluetooth headsets (hygiene reasons)

 

Choose from: alternate product / credit note / refund as gift card

We ll suggest you the best alternatives after understanding your requirements. However, if you do not wish to go for another product immediately, you can either get a Credit Note valid for 3 months.

 

Check packaging

Along with the unused product, please keep the original product packaging& all contents of the box intact. WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING WE SHALL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

 

Ship it to us

We can arrange a pickup through our preferred logistics partner, Blue Dart. In case a pickup is not possible, you can also self-ship the product to us & we shall reimburse shipping charges up to a maximum of Rs. 70/-. Please ensure that the product is adequately wrapped so that no damage occurs in transit.

 

b. The product is damaged / defective

Our 5 day Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return the order within 5 days, no questions asked. Please mail info@grabyourgadget.com your Order No. & a couple of pictures of the damage in the product.

 

Check packaging

Along with the damaged product, please keep the original product packaging & all contents of the box intact. WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING WE CANNOT GIVE A NEW PRODUCT REPLACEMENT.

 

We ship instantly

Within 24 – 48 working hours of receiving your mail with the pictures, we will ship out a replacement after we receive the original product.

 

You ship it to us

In case a pickup is not possible, you can self-ship the product to us & we shall reimburse shipping charges up to a maximum of Rs. 70/-. Please ensure that the product is adequately wrapped so that no damage occurs in transit.

 

In case I go for a refund, how much time does it take to process?

Refunds generally take anywhere between 3 – 10 working days to complete. In most cases, you shall get a refund through the Gift Card / Credit Note or Store Credit mode.

 

What happens if I contact Grab Your Gadget after the 5 days about;

  1. a.   The product being damaged

You have to send us a couple of pictures of the damaged product. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault, we shall replace the product immediately. In all other cases, the brand’s warranty terms shall apply. Grab Your Gadget's staff shall assist you in registering your complaint with the brand. However, the final action & resolution shall be done by the brand.

  1. b.   Returning the product

Apologies, but we shall not be accepting returns beyond the 5 day Satisfaction Guarantee period. 

Also returns are not accepted for any kind of purchase made without verifying the use of the product. (like product I ordered is not meant for my use anymore)
